The Friends of St. Peter's Church is an active social and fundraising group which supports the work of St. Peter's.

In recent years the Friends have undertaken a programme of restoration of fine Victorian and Edwardian altar frontals and Eucharistic vestments. Current projects involve cleaning and re-varnishing the pews, providing pew cushions and organising a Tapestry Group to hand-embroider kneelers for the whole church. We have also purchased a new Display Cabinet for the bookstall.

We invite you to join the Friends of St. Peter's Church, an organisation which forges links between those with a special regard for this very fine Victorian building. By becoming a member you will help to ensure the preservation of the fabric of the Church, its ornaments and furnishings, thus guaranteeing the future of one of Bournemouth's gems. You will also receive a bi-annual News Letter and details of our social events.
